1. I would choose Med-Arb to ensure that my dispute (between an individual and me about confusion of the date of returning borrowed money by the individual) can be resolved appropriately. This is because this individual knows me from before from a long time. Therefore, there would not be the requirement of taking harsh decisions, actions or steps initially during the process of mediation. There would be more of mediation required to be implemented in case of resolving my dispute. Therefore, there would be less of arbitration required to be implemented in case of resolving my dispute.
